In the Land of Three Kingdoms, not all is as it seems. Behind every door is a secret; behind every happening is a hidden cause... Princess El grew up sheltered from such things, until the discovery of a forbidden love overturned her world. Will the Princess free herself from the web of conspiracy that stretches across the land to Dread Mountain itself? Can she save her love and preserve her life? Or will she save the Three Kingdoms instead?
Secret Keepers RPG is a semi-open world party-based third-person RPG using the AOE3 game engine. While this mod is still in development, so far I am implementing the following features:
As of right now nearly all these features are successfully in development and will be implemented in the final game. Certain features, such as sidequests and a complete open world, will not be included in the demo.

Looks very weird. Still cannot believe it is for AOE3?
So what is this mod exactly? Will the game play like a regular aoe3 game or will it be cutscenes?
(See the new article I just posted. Thanks for the questions!)
The game will use aoe3's game engine, but will play as a 3rd person party-based RPG. For example, you control one "party leader" unit, but can toggle to your other party members to use their abilities. The homecity is now a party screen and inventory that updates according to who joins your party. There are tons of new abilities available, your units level up and can purchase upgrades specific to them, and if possible may become customizable to some degree. There are new units, textures, a different game balance, new music, opening and closing cinematics, cutscenes, a semi-open world, and your choices as a player actively affect the world.
