Say, the descriptions in the doctrines tell me that each doctrine DECREASES the research costs by 10%, but they actually INCREASE them. Is this a typo in the description or a mistace in coding?

Cost and time INCREASING is intended, game itself generates weird greenish comment.
I'm already used to the weird colors not always referencing properly to decreases or increases, what irritates me more is the fact that the description says "research cost decrease: 10%" Why not be clear and write it as "Resource cost increase" instead?
I think it should be -10%
But it will still have green colour...
I think, I will mention losses of doctrines researches on the Features page on the official site 8)
How Do i install this ? do i install both files? what of the galaxy forge file?
