Ithaca M37, part of "Sexy And Sassy Shotguns, Yo."
This is a weapons pack that adds 5 variants of the Ithaca M37, each unique to eachother, not just from looks but gameplay-wise.
It's part of an upcoming massive mod called "Sexy And Sassy Shotguns, Yo."
When SASSY is finally released, this gun will be in the pack itself.
Also, it uses new animations by "Oleg152", so big thanks and all credits go to him.

Simply extract the "gamedata" to your main Anomaly folder.
Or better yet, use "Mod Organizer".

PATCHES/ADDONS INFORMATION

- [PATCH] EFT Reposition. Changes the guns' positions to fit with the "EFT Reposition" mod, perfect for those that play at 0.6 HUD FOV. DLTX is a hard necessity.
- [OPTIONAL] Kennedith's Enhanced Shaders Metallic Boost. This changes the Ithaca's .thm (material) files so they use PhongMetal. Basically, it gives a proper metallic shade.
(It requires "Enhanced Shaders" Moddb.com. It can be used without, but the effect won't be the same.)

[ITHACA M37 "Riot"]
- Default Variant of the Ithaca M37 itself. It has 4+1 rounds and accuracy meant to be used for short to medium range.
It's a rather inexpensive and cheap weapon, more so than the MP-133.
Almost every faction may carry it.
[ITHACA M37 "Trenchgun"]
- "Trenchgun" variant of the Ithaca M37. Equipped with an (unusable) bayonet lug and a heatshield on the barrel.
It is meant for close-range combat, so has less accuracy but also much less recoil.
This is common amongst factions that are into "classic" weaponry, including Duty.
An actual "specialty" with this gun is the fact it can do "Slam-Fire", basically a much faster rate of fire.
[ITHACA M37 "Defense"]
- A Variant with extended magazine, granting it 3 more rounds to chamber for a total of 7+1.
It also uses polymer instead of wood, with a stainless steel finish. This is basically a direct upgrade to all the other Ithacas.
Expensive factions and lucky stalkers carry it.
[ITHACA M37 "Stakeout"]
- Shortened variant of the Ithaca M37. Uses a pistol grip and much shorter barrel, it's perfect to keep it handy for close encounters, especially against Mutants.
Also, it has the least weight, making it great for conceal carry.
Popular amongst Loners, Ecologists and especially Bandits.
An actual "specialty" with this gun is the fact that accuracy does not change when moving, despite having very low handling.
[ITHACA M37 "Sawnoff"]
- "Custom" variant of the Ithaca M37, since it's a Field Modification. With the stock sawn-off, it has less length and weight, but also a lot more recoil.
Accuracy remains almost the same due to still having the same barrel as the Riot.
Unique amongst Bandits, some Looter-type (Neutral, Sin, Renegade) factions may carry it.
An actual "specialty" with this gun is the fact that accuracy does not change when moving, despite having very low handling.

Yes, because it doesn't use any magazines. Dummy.
- "I have a crash due to something about Jam?"
If you have Weapon Parts Overhaul, WPO for short, update it. It should have had an update in 12-12-2022 that made changes to the jam system.
- "I can see far away from my arms!"
The weapons were made for 0.4 fov_hud, anything above it, you should use the "EFT Reposition Patch" included.
If it still doesn't satisfy your needs, then simply make a HUD config yourself.
- "Will there be further updates?"
Unlikely, except when the mod "Sexy And Sassy Shotguns, Yo" comes out, perhaps.
- "Will this get an AI Upscale or something?"
No. Make one yourself but don't upload it to the public.
- "Can I make my own custom textures for it and publish it?"
This is how you must do it:
Do NOT get the whole mod, leave it be, make a texture for anything and publish it as you want, but also make sure that SASSY is required.
Asking for permission is not required, simply make sure SASSY is a dependency.
- "When SASSY is out, what will happen to this one?"
It will be archived, since the Ithaca M37 will be in SASSY itself.

Edit: Would be great if you could do a 0.6 FOV fix maybe. Sadly most weapons looks better in 0.6 for me but this guns are far away for me and you can even look inside your arms. It would be also extremely nice if you could add some animations for the jam check addon.

I have BaS installed and given that it does have such a section, it's quite strange, never seen smth like that before
UPD: realised the reason is Rowan's loadouts
it seems everyone got the same problem
This happens because of the "NPC Autoinjector", it seems that, if it can't find one section, it will just crash.
Since you are using Rowan's, which doesn't have that one section, it does that.
I've released a temporary fix until a better one is made.

Good pack but i have some questions. What hud_fov is recommended? I play on 60 and my left hand is too much peeking, is it correct? Also gun parts is missing.
0.4 by default, 0.6 if you use the "EFT Reposition Patch", the parts will come later.

No? You just need to use "EFT Reposition Patch".
I think this is better if it uses the BAS MP133 animation. For the shorty ones with the pistol grip, maybe the blindside m590 anim.

Hi. Very super cool shotguns. But can you pls make parts for them? Maybe some patch for Weapon parts overhaul and (maybe, but not so necessary, it can be done individually, because it is outdated) Luna's master disassembly list & parts fix.
You must be on an old version because there's already parts for it.

I will do crazy attachments like that for some other weapons that will be in the upcoming mod SASSY, but not the Ithaca M37 itself, it's meant to be a "cheap" gun.
