The basic gameplay of Ricochet is this: Payers jump between neon-lit platforms suspended above an abyss, and shoot discs at one another, trying to push the opponent off the platform and into the depths. Ricochet exists in both GoldSrc (HL1) and Source (HL2) engines. The first version of the game, designed in Goldrc, was created by Valve Software. The second version, created in Source, was created by us, the third party developer (MOD).
The mod is currently under new management, and will be built on the SDK 2013 engine. Please provide feedback along the development process.
Let me first address why the mod had died out originally. I was in college at the time of taking ownership of the mod. I was only able to do 2D/3D and level design. My friends all shared similar skills but we all lacked the ability to code. With no coder, and no access to the original mod's source code the project was left dead. The best we could do was dress it up but the game itself would have always been incomplete. Then there was the issue of the SDK 2012. Then there was the issue of the original build requiring HL2MP. All this combined with no code and no coder left what could have been an amazing game unfinished.
But I am here today to say that I am taking over the project once again. What's different this time? Well I went to school for Computer Science and since then have worked on writing software in Java and C#(for work). I have created several games using the Unity engine, so I understand the concepts behind game programming. I am eager to learn the process that goes behind a source mod and confident in my coding background that I will be able to handle all(or at least most of the game's code). I just need a mod team behind me.
I will be taking the next few weeks to setup the mod's SVN and issue tracking system along with my own responsibility inside Visual Studio. I will need help with this project and as of now I am the lone man working on this. I will be putting out help wanted ads for all positions, but if you are reading this now and would like to participate just copy the form below into an email and address it to zobris@gmail.com

Also i tried to run whit Half-Life 2 but says "Couldn't read library client, try restarting the game, if that doesn't works, verify the cache"
