the opposite of 'features 4' effect - a dim room with holdover from the brighter light on a switch

#4 image was a holdover of the dim light once the lights were switched on

this is also a bit of new design for quake tech elements - but its a hidden area
trying to keep all the open / easy to view in the style of iD design for Quake 1
