This version of NProject Mod introduces a massive list of civilian asset fixes and balance changes among the other things. More detailed list included in the readme.
This is NProject Mod, a Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour Modification.
This mod improves the Zero Hour game by fixing almost all bugs in the game, with tons of balances, improved AI, and many enhanced features. There are also additional stuffs for all factions and sub-factions including Civilians. This mod also including playable Boss General with fully functional AI.
This version highlighted changes:
- Tons of fixes and improvements for civilian buildings, units, and props alike!
- Implemented new garrison slots standards! Now smaller civilian buildings will have less garrison slots while the larger ones have more slots.
- Smaller civilian buildings now will also have less healthpoints while larger ones are more sturdy.
- Applied infantry fixes to the civilians units, such as infantry unit scaling, updated death effects, synced running speed animations, etc.
- Added the missing texture files that supposed to fix the downscaled textures in ZH (completing the old fixes)
- Fixed the damage discrepancy issue caused by rocket projectile weapons due to them hitting each other upon detonation that makes them ineffective on massed attacks
- Added Spy Post to all China generals
- Revamped Support Van unit due to the new Spy Post building
- Added new model to Chinese Carpet Bomber
How to Install:

I think starting version 2.9.. You removedd the turrets for tunnel network from boss general.. It woukd be better if that will be back there.. One reason is, AI still use those tunnel networks as base defense even if that structure already does not have defensive use..
Just suggesting. Your still in control of the mod's plans...
i really love the boss general in this mod but would it be overpowered too make the paladin tank free from promotion point and make it come in the tank delivery capture buildings(you know the ones that drop tanks when captured). in return it could cost 1600 like the king raptor and requer an airfield like the king raptor requres a warfactory. plus awesome mod love it.
You should add some kind of manual resistant upgrade for antiinfantry weapons for garrisoned buildings working like chinese mine upgrade for buildings but instead of giving mine it should give damage resistance to the anti infantry weapons (toxin, flash bangs, flamethrower etc.)
I know it would not a vanilla worklike you did till this time but the effort and time you put in to overhaul this garrisoning civilian buildings is really impressive but to make everbody see it you must make it gameplay effective or that may go unnoticed.
You should add GLA junk yard (You could buy civilian vehicles with car bombs)

try to clean install, probably you have another conflicting files in your game directory
