slow down the movement and make a multiplayer out of it this will help
I was think of that. But TBH, this mod, is like 2 years old and i'm currently working on a fourth version, featuring Global offensive weapons and native multiplayer compatibility.
Maybe I can make another standalone version for that, but it's quite the work, such obsolete coding =P
Why there are like one bilion of loose files? Why not just including everything in a single .pk3? Nothing works, and I have no idea of how to many anything here work at all.
It's a mod i've made like 2 years ago, and back then i was unconsious on how to make it simpler to run to everyone because i thought bat files would make the mod easier to run, without worrying about file orders.
In all honesty, 2 years later sometimes even confuses me myself as i wanted to edit something some months ago and i was startled at being unable to remember certain file locations.
So, It may be some months late, but I can explain a bit how to run the mod.
There's a folder named "basegzdoom" and "basezandronum"
Each folder includes a copy of the sourceport i've used to work with.
Extract each sourceport zip inside the folder through "Extract here" option.
Put a copy of Doom 2 wad inside those folders and run the mod through any of the bat's (or through the included Autorun, it works like if it were a menu)
I know it's confusing as hell, but i've learned my lesson XD
Newest mod's are kinda less complicated to run and uses way more less files.
every time i start the mod it crashes. is it for something other than gzdoom?

Hey, there's a problem, when I click on any of the start options, it doesn't open the game, it opens the BAT command prompt then immediatelly closes.
Did you decompressed the sourceports inside "basegzdoom" and "basezandronum"?
Each folder contains a working copy of said sourceports. Extract them through "Extract here" option and put a copy of Doom 2 wad inside each folder.
Then, once you run the bat it should work.
Thanks, I really appreciate it.
