could work for Allied subfactions to help make them visually distinct

I honestly think the 76mm Sheridan would be a fantastic choice. Visually, it's the closest to the old, vague, dome turreted sprite for the light tank in original RA.

The M41 Walker Bulldog is the closest real-world equivalent to the cutscene model (and also fits the time period much better than the Sheridan), although there are still some differences which can be chalked up to the alternate universe setting. Could also envision it as some fictional Panzer model or some other European design.

Description

This may still not be final and yes again I know the M48 (right) isn't IRL a "Light Tank" but here are the three models I have setup for the role from my unused model inventory currently. The center one is a kitbash modification of my M48 and M551 models to sort of represent a fictional German RU251 or the aborted T95 tank. Left is the early model M551 Sheridan made to use the M41 Walker Bulldog 76mm gun that was tested but never employed. I am still liking the idea of possibly going with something fictional/unused IRL for the role. This arrangement would also seem to fit since it shows technology progression and a clever way to explain the differences between the sprite and the tanks seen in the Cinematics.
