What do You think of using two models for this. What I mean is that in the storyline United States was helping Europe fighting the soviets and was providing them with equipment. So the Allied tank can be randomise sometimes M60 sometimes Abrams would come out from warfactory of course Abrams could be more rare. I think it could have a lot of sense.

Or maybe instead of M60 , the leopard tank the very first one , What do You guys think of it?

Randomized version of the Allied tanks would be pretty cool and fitting, since the Allies are a collection of different (mainly European) nations working together.
Not sure if it's possible, but it would also be cool if it could be based on the player's current tech level as a way of showing the passage of time and technological advancement through the war; the basic Medium Tank could be more WWII-style, resembling something similar to a Tiger or E50, while building a Radar Dome would cause all subsequently built tanks to have an M48/M60-like appearance, culminating with the XM1-like appearance commencing with the construction of a Tech Centre.
Something similar could be done with Soviet Heavy Tanks, starting with something more KV-1-like, then upgrading to something more IS-2-like (Radar Dome), and then finally the classic T-64/T-80-like version (Tech Centre).

Description

I kinda wanna revisit the textures to make them more uniform in appearance but here are the three Medium Tank designs I have. Left is a unused M60A1 tank model I recently retextured, center is my unused M60-120S tank model, (which was a real prototype marriage of technology of both the M60 Patton and the M1 Abrams) and right is the M1 Abrams model from TD Redux retextured and modified to appear less "advanced" from its TD Redux counterpart. This arrangement would also seem to fit since it shows technology progression and a clever way to explain the differences between the sprite and the tanks seen in the Cinematics. (which the latter was clearly an M1)
