The CnC: All Stars mod for Zero Hour features a uniquely combined array of units and structures from every Command & Conquer title. This modification loosely relates various C&C titles for the sole purpose of creating an interesting, unique, and fun experience on the battlefield. Would like like a lot of people here the revival of the mod, new units, new structures, probably better graphics and other stuff.
Needs some work with the textures and AI, tested this on skirmish and I almost lost my taste. Duke the way this mode is set is almost tasteless to my regard. Can't use the tactics I've developed for All factions in the game( especially the red alert series soviet tacts and Red army tacts. The skins are disorienting, they should have the original feel of the last series but gameplay and feel of Zero Hour. also make the skins a bit darker, makes them look better like the original.
If you guys want a new crossover mod for C&C, you got a couple options. This goes to the creator too, you can help either of these two mods as you please.
C&C: The Vortex: a new cross over mod just like All Star in ZH, but all the factions will be broken up into their own factions, with a total of 15 factions including some random factions the creator included. The mod just released an alpha version with both GDI and NOD, development is slow. The creator already implemented all of the TW3 and RA3 stuff, but there are still a lot of limitations.
C&C Alternate Universe: a cross over mod on RA3. The creator already implemented TW3 stuff into the RA3 engine. That mod is in active development.
Until those two mods get to perfect condition, I will play this mod for now

Because of the engine its impossible to implement some RA3 or TibWars things. But its possible to add some units and buildings...
Easier to do that on other, open-sourced engine
