This patch requires Arsenal Overhaul 3.1 for Call of Pripyat. Paste this to A.O. root folder and game is available. I didn't make Arsenal Overhual mod myself, I just made rework to balance data like damage, recoil, etc. that provided more possibility to all weapons (especially unblocked upgrade tree for some weapons, yet recoil upgrades), also made artefact more useful, and I got a rework on mutants, economy and armors (that made Degtyarev a real superman with higher mobility and immunity). Have fun :D
