You can find a txt file in Age of Empires\Mods\5thLegacy\5thLegacy Extras labelled "Tech Tree Primatives", it contains information on what units and bonuses each civilization gets.

I think this is a very good mod of AOE ROR. However, some civ and other things are absolutely joke!
For Example:
1; Zhou villager cost 40 food and 5 wood, their economy in the Stone and Tool Age grow very slow.
No Aristocracy means their Centurion is trash, not useful
2; Jomon Villager cost 40 wood instead of 50 food for what??
Like Zhou, Jomon can't grow fast in the Stone and Tool Age.
+1 pierce armor for Improved Bowman is not a big advantaged
3; Slow down attack animation of the War Elephant for what??
They're slow, and easy to convert by the priest, and they are expensive, can't use in Bronze Age!
4; Farm auto re-seed is a must, just like AOE:DE.
5; Why we can't upgrade Composite Bowman in Bronze Age! They are slow, weak HP compare to Chariot Archer
6; Cyrenean is very good civ which have big advantage in Stone and Tool Age, but can't research The Wheel means their villager are slow/
Hoplite cost wood instead of gold, but can't upgrade to Centurion????
Improved Bowman can't upgrade to Composite Bowman for what!
7. I think you should try to research a little bit about civ history, or just play Total War: Rome for more information.
They are so many factions!

Sorry I'm getting back to you so late; I've been very busy and haven't had time to contemplate your comments.

1: Zhou are actually a very competitive civ because of their villager and gold reduction bonuses combined. When played properly, Zhou can actually out-pace many other civs in the early-game.
Because their Centurions lack Aristocracy, it changes their role from offensive to a mostly defensive role protecting Elephant Archers, Catapults, or Priests. When combined with Cataphracts, they can prove very useful in taking on tougher enemies that the Cataphracts cannot.

2: Because of their "bonus", they require a very different approach to the Stone and Tool ages, with very little focus on Food production; find the proper economic ratio and Jomon can compete very well with other civs.
By "+1 pierce armor", I assume you mean +1 Attack?; this bonus is very effective and is often the backbone of Jomon strategies, especially when they advance to Marksmen in the Iron Age.

3: Only their "graphical animation" is slowed down; they still attack at the same rate.

4: Farm reseeding is a programming "feature" that was added to AoE:DE and requires advanced modification to the game; the modding I do, does not make such modifications.

5: Composite Bow was moved to the Iron Age to help expand the archer unit-line beyond the Bronze Age; it also helps focus more attention toward melee units in the Bronze Age.
Improved Bowmen have extra pierce armor that helps them against Chariot Archers, and have a damage bonus against Heavy Infantry units to maintain their capabilities against them (even with Bronze Shield, Improved Bowmen deal 4 damage against Heavy Infantry, just like Composite Bows in DE).

6: Cyrene's early-game advantage only allows them to gather 20% more food from Berry bushes, this does not mean they gather faster.
Cyrene has a Trading bonus and good variety of units to help offset the lack of the Wheel. Additionally, the Wheel only confers a +30% movement speed bonus, which mainly helps with Wood production; lacking it is not a big disadvantage.
Because their Heavy Infantry cost wood, it would be too great of an advantage for them to be able to advance to Centurion. The lack of Centurions also helps make them different from Greece, whom is their parent-civ.
Cyrene has access to Helepolis and Heavy Horse Archers; thusly, players should transition from Improved Bowmen to those units when advancing to the Iron Age.

7: I've already started investing more time in researching the history of new civs; the next set of new civs are being developed with closer attention to their historical information.

I hope these answers help you better understand some aspects of 5thLegacy.

Thanks for your reply!
I use AdvancedGenieEditor3 to mess around your empires-mod.dat and that not a problems for me anymore!
Btw, i wish you can change graphic for some civ like this
Carthage buildings
Celtics, Gallic and Iberian buildings
Normadic buidings
And here is the forum that provide that image, you can use this for free!
I tried to put this to 5th Legacy mod by using AdvancedGenieEditor3 and SLP Editor, but i don't know why it can't work, or cause some fatal error!

You can change the Victory Condition before you start a match.
Setting it to "Conquest" will disable the Wonder timer.
