Balance/flavour suggestion: Change the "Rate" value for "SCHPDEPL" in the artmd.ini, from 105 to 250. At that setting, the Siege Chopper's deploy/undeploy sound is perfectly matched up with its actual animation speed.
Could adjust the other stats if this one change by itself makes the Siege Chopper too strong.
Incidentally, 250 is the value used by Beowulf's Rules, another mod for Yuri's Revenge.

It's only if the creator lacks the ability to extract and convert the files themselves; if they can already do that, then there's little else I can offer.
Seems I missed this development. I don't suppose you're having any sort of trouble extracting and then converting Cataclysm's assets (audio, models, textures, etc) for use in the Remastered mod?
If so, perhaps I could be of some assistance? I still have a bunch of older modding tools for Cataclysm that work on my system.
On further testing, Map 29 Outpost Omega has a Laser Gun spawn in place of the Unmaker, when playing on Tactical Mode; Classic Mode has the Unmaker spawn as expected there.
Will this be changed for the next release?
Map 29 Outpost Omega seems to be missing the Unmaker in its expected location. The same thing happened with the 'regular' Brutal Doom 64.

That lower average damage might be why it seems to take me way more hits to kill Pinky demons and Cacodemons now.

The unfortunate flaw of the Destroyer's Osprey (at least in vanilla gameplay), is that if a Soviet player has Sea Scorpions escorting their Typhoon Attack Subs, then the Osprey is basically unable to ever touch the Attack Subs (The Osprey is basically dead the moment it can be targeted by the Sea Scorpions).
This leaves forced targeting with other units as the only other solution to Attack Subs.
Perhaps a late reply, but I spoke with the author, and we discovered the cause of the problem. He will include the PsiCorps Trooper fix in an update of his mod at some point in the future, along with other fixes.
While we wait for that update, I have uploaded a modified Rules.ini that fixes the PsiCorps Trooper, but touches nothing else.
