That's great to know, all other mods kinda let the audio slide so its good to know you guys are making a change there. Yea life kinda took a toll on me and I had to go but should you need the files or stuff happy to come back.

Are there any plans to update the audio, it always seems like models, effects and units get updated by weapon, unit and explosion sounds seem to always be the old stuff, feeling like the heavy weapons of the 40k could really use some spicing up in terms of sounds.

Ah I didn't realize that was the case, so the subfaction AI does work but some created maps simply don't have the AI setup for them ?

Alright cool I'll wait for the update I really do like the new lighting you get from objects now, seems to cast it more naturally, especially with lights on the walls and lamp posts.

I was running the Doom Paralax mod the 512 resolution one and PBR pack, makes textures look shiny, but I'll try your method noted below.

It appears to also crash when using Brightmaps textures pack, not entirely sure why but I thought letting you know.

This newer version looks great, however it seems trying to run texture mods like paralax doom seem to cause crashes, runs perfectly fine with out them, errors of "Array access out of bounds. Size = 3 current = 256, this only happens with texture packs, 6.1 ran perfectly with them, so not sure why it's acting up.

Yea its a game changer, I'd take this over ray tracing, the only issue I found is that walking into water really makes sprites blue, not sure if that can be corrected but after hours of slogging through maps it was the only issue I could find, everything else blended really well.

I'll have to say after playing this vs relighting I think this relite is just epic, really good job on the mod, it works especially well with moody atmospheric mods like, LITDOOM, Lost in darkness and my own WIP Hideous destructor lite mod, I don't know how you did it but man you knocked it out of the park, this is a absolute most have for enhancing the feel of doom easily.

It's all good I found the issue, its not related to your mod actually it's in regards to the overuse of particles used by some mods and excessive use of shrapnel, it was causing hitches, lowering it more or less solved the issue.

Honestly I think this is one of the greatest mods to date, no reason to use Raytracing when this is just I feel so much better and fits with the engine. Really adds to my Body cam style horror mod.

This mod hands down is a must have, It works really well if you shooting for atmospheric look, which is exactly what I've been hunting for with out having to indulge in ray tracing, looks really good with my bodycam style mod.

The only issue 2 issues I've run into which are the following.

Sometimes killing a demon on a second suddenly makes that sector brighter, this seems to be happening with Dark doom, not sure why but turning on a flash light and off and suddenly the level is just much brighter and I have to reset the Dark doom settings. I tampered with the min lighting system to minimize it but still.

Explosions like those in BD21 or other mods via grenade or launcher seem to generate a split second hitch before it explodes, not sure why it does this either, the explosions use particles like smoke and flame and I wonder if its having a fit when it goes off. Its not game breaking but the hitch is noticable.

Other then that once you have relighting you can't go back.

Sorry I've been away I got burned out over with Stalker anomaly and its audio creation, but happy to take hear it's still enjoyed despite some errors. If anyone wishes to make changes or tweaks on their behalf you can go for it. I am still doing audio for anomaly by helping Lunatic with his custom guns. Thanks for your continued use of the pack.

It still works yes, though there were issues with it like the bolt action rifles bolt I couldn't quite get right because of compatibility issues. Sadly I got burned out over doing so much audio for Anomaly, I basically revamped all the audio and it was a large undertaking, Just wanted to contribute something to Anomaly.

Sadly not it will range from speaker to speaker but they were designed to be minimal cause the repetitive nature of walking sounds could get annoying.

This might be a tall order perhaps a sub mod but having the clone wars factions and the Empire + Rebellion open as well would make a great addition having CIS engaging with Empire forces would be badass. Remake did something like hold out factions so I thought I just suggest it as a possible sub mod.

This is excellent I know BF is an old title but you guys really did a fantastic job. It's superb to go back to play it again with this mod, I really love what you did with the sound changes, I know its not as important as the other aspects but if you guys continue to update more audio sounds with classic Starwars sounds it make's the experience all the better especially those classic exploding sounds, looking forward to the MP.

Probably one of the oldest reload sounds I did, explains why. Uhhhh I am not sure to be honest, Still sufferring really bad burn out over all the audio I forced myself to slog through to put out there. But you know should I get the desire to return I'll look back into it.

The overall response to all the audio was quite minimal so my motivation to continue has been switched to other projects but still glad I did it tho for those few who enjoy it.

It's a lot of work more then a realized and sadly the burn out is also real but if BaS wishes to support it they can do so. And the Audio is free to use for any one who wishes to.

It does require a decent CPU tho I took a lot of time to cut out layers that I found redundant but still even with that it may need a decent CPU.
