I praise your programmers then.
I praise your programmers then.
cant wait to see how you guys remake the xen levels.
they said they have mcc support though
okay accouple of questions before downloading. I have two drive's on my pc, and mcc is installed on my d drive would that complicate anything? also do I need ce multiplayer installed for this to work? I have ce on mcc from steam.
how do i install this?
I think that would make it to easy to kill them on a mouse and keyboard control scheme.
unfitting how? the marines sound like actual humans and not robots, the head crabs are using half-life 2's head crabs sounds, the only one which I think could be argued are unfitting are the zombie sounds which sound like just normal gargley human speech, and I guess the hound eye's don't sound as cute. but other than those I think the sounds in black mesa are just fine.
since obm because this is a remake/re-imagining.
they showed off how gibs work in game on their youtube channel go check it out.
but its not a sunny day in the video though, its fairly cloudy. but I do kind of agree, its a tad bit blue.
ah man I kind of liked looking at old images and seeing how the development progressed through the years, oh well. cant wait to play this by the way.
Yeah I know, I thought that this image was taken in vicarious reality.
what happened to all the old images on the page?
new area in crush depth huh, cool. and here I was thinking you made the bio dome levels smaller.
wow that was just concept art, really? that image is really tripping me out now. anyway I originally thought the night vision would cause the hud text to change color so that the player would be able to see the hud seeing as how the night vision turns the players vision green, and a green hud over night vision would be kind of hard to see. but then again you do have a kind of black border where the hud text is so it wouldn't be to hard to see. I guess I would like it if the hud color was more inline with original hud from opposing force.
quick question, are the gonomes working in-game?
huh not really liking the yellow, I kind of preferred the hud you showed off back in 2011. but the guard duty one looks good though.
let me guess. we use the forklift to lift up that box so we can get on the beams and jump over to that break in the railing and onto the place where the hound eye is.
you know this image makes me wonder if you guys have ported over to source 2.
is the yellow tint to the text caused by the night vision?
holy **** those doors look so real. :O
really subnautica esc. I'm assuming this is for the chapter crush depth.
really looks like you guys are actually going to pull this off, not that I doubted you though. I just simply cant wait. also please tell me those soundtracks are going to uploaded to youtube.
both are remakes of games that took place in the same universe so... yes? but I think you mean continuity wise, as in locations that look the same in the original half-life tittles are going to look the same in operation black mesa as they are in black mesa. and seeing as how I'm not in the development team I have no clue, but I think I read somewhere they would try to have some continuity with black mesa, but I'm not sure.
I think black mesa added them because they looked cool or because they were used to indicate to the player how much power is left in the charger. But I'm sure you guys could also achieve that functionality by adding a power percentage or bar on the screen.
