What is the Bengal Lancers campaign all about?
What DLCs (if any) are required for this? New to CKII
Looking forward to this
Looking good, glad to see this project is moving forward
Would have loved to have seen this mod make it
Excellent work, really looks like this mod is coming together
Love this mod so much
Beautiful modelling - well done!
Awesome - A smart move, keep it up!
Is this still being worked on? Interesting idea, wanted to hear more about it.
This game has significant suppression effects - It is realistic and one the best points of Vanguard; suppression of an area of the target before moving is actually possible due to it.
Is this still being worked on? Can I help?
Keep up the great work and the historical focus - I'm very interested in seeing this project come to life!
Also, I approve of limited life/single life wargames that give weight and realism to the experience.
Well done, excellent read and model.
Actually not being able to repair systems is finally making the game much better, if ships are damaged and disabled that's it. Need to deal with it. The loss of a flight deck is now possible and deadly. Works on the US Campaign as well. This is what I had always wanted BSM to be.
What are your thoughts on increasing realism in the mod? I've always wanted to disable repair and increase torpedo damage in order to better simulate the danger posed by torpedos. DDs and smaller vessels especially. Would also allow one to knock out a carrier flight deck with dive bombers, leaving it defenceless. (Unless its an armoured RN carrier of course)
Looks great. Keep it up!
It's good to hear about the units being restricted to the actual battles, if you ever played Verdun they did not restrict squads per map and to be honest I found it killed some of immersion. I would still prefer weapons being included as well, but I respect your own vision and am looking forward to seeing it action.
Keep in mind I am coming at this from a historical/milsim point of view so we can be hard to please, but seeing as the Great War is so underrepresented in modern wargaming I am looking forward to this experience. I think it's something well worth exploring and learning from.
In fact I bought DoI just for this.
What is the team's position on historical limitations for early war maps? Personally, I would not like to see CAS (Close Air Support) and MP18s in 1914-1916 maps, preferring strictly historical units and TO&E's for the battles you intend to recreate.
Looking forward to it.
Are you still developing this? Need any help - Looks great so far
Still looking forward to your work Ringleader, please keep it up. I like the vision you have for this mod.
May I say that I am very impressed by what the team has accomplished here. Personally, I have been waiting for a "simulator" set in the Halo universe for many years, and I fully agree with the setting of this mod, giving players a chance to explore this foundation aspect of the Halo world that so closely mirrors our own, the Insurrection. (The conflict between Government/Regions and ideological views/separatism)
Would be glad to help in anyway I can. Keep up the great work, and remember, Feet First Into Hell.
