i really do wanna see how much freedom the modding tools will give us for bannerlord. imagine if you can add specific events for being in towns, like adding street combat with gangs more frequent or random encounters in towns. it will feel so dynamic and engaging
true yes. i just assumed that from your post meant it means sword troops will beat spears in group vs group. but yeah. spears will get melted if they get flanked, they dont have shields then so yeah.
is that in duel or group vs group combat? i feel like spear should still be stronger or hold their own againts sword troops. Considering they have the reach and the advantage of being in a group unless its a solo 1v1 spear vs sword where sword will win
the mechanics for bladed weapons are nice in this game. spears just sucks and need more optimizing. in gekokujo spears were actually good and spear troops actually held their ground and did their job in group combat and vs cav charges

oh yeah btw i started as a princess for guelphs, i checked my notes and i didn't have any family members or stated as a vassal.. I also started as a prince for the teutonic order and my name was changed to livestock farm for some reason
bro, Devs already abandoned this after releasing the osp couple of months ago. A seperate mod page doesn't have to disrespect them, Just name it as a modification to this mod or a fan continuation with their name plastered on the mod page. I'm pretty sure they will be happy if someone who has deep respect for them still showing support and taking it into their hands on improving or adding more depth to the mod they no longer able to update or support. All it takes is prob ask them.
Not much i can say.. stopped waiting since 2016, Saw this on the mod page and i was like oh a new warband mod.. oh wait its the same one from before with different name and a different mod page.
I personally don't think this mod really isn't worth any waiting unless its even close to a quarter of novas aetas "level" good.. Already lost interest after couple of years just to be updated with reskins and free osp found on the taleworlds forum.
And i personally don't think my opinion matters here anyway since i can already tell what's going to happen to the development but Good luck and don't give up modding, Its hella fun.
hey man you should really just create a new mod page for this... i really like where this is going, theres a lot of good features and osp from the viking conquest.. hopefully you could try to convert those to this mod :)
love it, Got stuck on a quest when trying to free some oda lords from castle from saito... Killed the prison guard just to realise there is actually no doors that leads to the dungeon so basically im ****** from all the guards from the castle.
Yeah xd. Im on 1,634 days now, enlisted on like 4 lords before i started doing mercenary work, Stormlands and dragonstone disapeared before 300 days.. smh xd.
another bug is in one of the scenes in stormlands.. idk but its storms end or something where if i die early during an siege attack.. AI gets stuck on the tower and one of the Entrance Ways is too small or obstructed. My attacking force got stuck inside the tower. the only way i could finish the siege is to kill of the defenders that are unreachable with a bow or crossbow.. Other than that, i just auto-resolve.
EDT: Also I have mixed opinions about the Naval battles, They are just way too glitchy. not sure if most audience prefer those type of naval battles. I mostly avoid naval battles because they are so glitchy and just doesn't feel as fun.. But i guess they are already deep inside the source code, Would be too complicated to remove it. Overall The mod update is fun. Been playing since beta 8.5 So yeah, That says a lot on how fun it is to replay the mod for me.
Game crashes when ur enlisted to a lord thats is trying to defect to a different faction.. had an rgl crash with gregor clegane.. ty god i saved it before. everytime he defected, my camp options only showed riot againts your own lord or commander report. Pressed commander report and it rgl crashes, but if i press riot and keep loyal, it just keeps bringing up the camp options witht he same options.. Basically im forced to revolt.
Worse part of that is i got stuck in some Reach Islands, forgot their name but the ferry's didn't work, got stuck with a village but didn't really matter since i save a lot
EDT: Had a newer pc since i played this mod last august. seems like the performance degreded, I mean my pc is literally 5 times better than my old laptop so idk. maybe its just outdated game engine

When you take the ferries in the game with a large party, I had like 50 people in my party. I tried to cross the harbour from Lorath to essos but when i cross it it just gives me the Menu where whether i can choose to continue or back but even when i press Back the menu just keeps popping up. I think this happens to most harbors. so yeah i got stuck in lorath and i had to take the Travel to another port choice to bravos just to get to norvos which was under sieges Lmao
Also Healing cost for injuries is a bit too expensive.
A large bag of obsidian Javelins is a footwear btw.. Hopefully it gets included in the next hotfix :)
