I downloaded this mod call XGM Extreme Greek Mod.
I played macedionan faction and they had "crossbows"

Now, what would make ur mod alot better is.. ask the owner if u can use the crossbows and replace them with guns (cuz its similar to a musket fire animation) and now you have real guns!! :P

Also, ask some pro modders how to replace projectile, someone made a "300" skin for those guys that "throw grenades" on the movie. The modder was able to make them THROW those green grenade balls! So i think its possible to change them into blaster fire.

If youve heard of Napoleonic total war, just make it similar to that ^^

I think that it would've been better (but its pwnage) if you turned it into the Iraq war.
The Iraqies will have like 16 men in a unit, meanign they always outnumber the americans. While the Americans focus on tactics, cover, and of course good accuracy. Also, the iraqies would always have "RPG" :P

But oh well i dont think u can change it :\

If you bought Rome total war somewhere from 2006 till now, IT IS already autopatched to v1.5, and you cannot change it. NO NEED TO UPDATE because it is already 1.5 ok? To see what version.. go to main menu, click options and look on top right of screen.. what version is it?

about the screen shake, it doesnt stop... it shakes soo much it flips the screen! and its like an infinite shaking... annoying. PLEASE FIX! OR LESSEN the shake.

I dont think you know what i mean. I mean like.. It doesnt stop shaking and the shake is so much that it flips the screen and it just keeps shaking and shaking and shaking and you cant play at all.

oh! now i remember what causes these giant screen shakes!
When faced by a grenade, or in a vehicle and near it.. and when it explodes but u didnt fully lose health, the grenade's impact caused THE WHOLE SCREEN to shake CRAZY!!!! Please fix this problem!!!!

Please fix the problem with the SHAKY screen! The screen is shaking way too much. Also, its hard to play as jedi since you trip everytime from enemy fire, please remove it :( i love the combos though

just download a torrent and find a crack ^^.. u wont be able to buy online.. THIS IS ILLEGAL IN AMERICAN, but in asia and other east.. (maybe UK not sure) this is legit since it sfrom another country lol

i wish u could do this....difficulty lvels
1. Easy- infantry AI only
2. Normal- infantry plus 2-4 tank AI
3. hard- infantry and any number of tanks
4. everything you can give to the AI

again with my tip, type atg spartan pack v1.2 in google, go there if you dont like the model of spartan_hoplites in this mod. ATG spartan pack v1.2 has auto download. you may choose from 1-4 spartans skins. I prefer the 4th one, it looks MORE like the ones in the movie "300"

atg spartan pack v1.2

It will let you download 4 spartans. Spartan number 4 is called bronze spartan. It has cape, "300" shield, but has body armor, but then it looks like from 300.

ONE MORE THING, if you like spartans in RTW and dunno how to use their swords. HERES how.
Turn of phalanx formation and turn off guard mode.
Simply attack an enemy, first they hold the spear, but when they get close enough to the enemy, they all switch to swords, and theyll charge really kewl. :O

From 2006 to this day, whenever you buy the game and install it, it auto-installs patch v1.5
It says v1.2 to download right? When i install it, it says error:File name or something? and the game doesnt start up. How can i work it? Or must I wait for v7?

If anyone doesnt know where ini files are located, i can tell you how :):
1.Press start button and click my computer find the file called local disk (C:) or something similar.
2. click program files.
3. click ea games
4. click the battle for middle earth tm
5. find the file that says INI and thats it.

INI is the file a mod asks you to cut or remove from the battle for middel earth tm folder so the mod works.
All you have to do is remove the original INI file, and replace it with the ini file from the mod.

HERE IS ANOTHER GUIDE ON FINDING MY BATTLE FOR MIDDLE EARTH FILES IN APPLICATION DATA FOLDER.
1. Most people dont know where application data exists in. So first, go to my computer and click tools and click folder options.
2. When the options appears, click the tab that says view.
3.Find the thing that says show hidden files or folders. MAKE SURE IT IS CHECKED OR CIRCLED WITH GREEN COLOR.
4. Again, go to the Local disk(C:) file or something similar. then click documents and settings
5. Click the username you use to go into your computer. If you didnt change the username you used to log in to your computer, the username is owners.
6.anyways, if it is owners, double click it. Click application data. And there you find my battle for middle earth files. NOTE: IF IT DOESNT APPEAR, FIND IT FROM YOUR OTHER USERNAMES.

Doesnt work for v 1.5 .... when will the next one come out?
