I'm not a dev but I think I can answer these

1. the skill.cfg and weapon scripts were changed so the weapons have more recoil and the weapons are more powerful

2. the new weapons are: MP5K, Portal Pistol, Pulse Pistol, Xen Grenade

3. there is a little bit of gore atm, rebels and explode if you put a grenade in them, I hope they'll add more gore tho

i fixed the delayed reloading sound by putting the ez1 reload sound in the custom folder
