Fierce War: It enables the ability of Vehicles like Amphibious Armored Vehicle, Attack Helicopters to deploy units. (But it has a bug that it starts creating villagers automatically after crossing 5 cities)
You can remove this bug. Go to Rise of Nations\Thrones and Patriots\scenario\Scripts\Fierce_War\Fierce_War.bhs
Open with notepad.
Search and remove the line :
for (n = 1; n <= 3; n++)
{
if (at_least_cities(n, 5))
//General Units
{
if(less_than_type(n, 60, "Citizen"))
{
train_unit_with_cost(n, 1, "Citizen");
}
}
}
Save the file.
=> I think the funtctions of all other scripts are clear by their names. I need not describe them. :)
Weak AI
Some people may find the AI little bit weaker than the player.
The main reason behind this is that the citizens are set to be treated like a special unit. So AI produces very less quantity of them.
If you feel the same problem then follow the following steps to remove this bug:
1. Go to Rise of Nations\Thrones and Patriots\data\unitrules.xml (Open with Notepad)
2. Scroll down you will find
<NAME>Citizen</NAME> and <NAME>Citizens</NAME>
3. Check the line with <FLAGS>
Replace <FLAGS>lmahd</FLAGS> or <FLAGS>lmahc</FLAGS> with
<FLAGS>lmah</FLAGS>Make sure this is done carefully Without disturbing any other line.
4. Save the file and now you can run Rise of Nations.
5. You can do the same for Nation Addons. Go to the mod folder. Find unitrules.xml and follow the same process.

Is it possible to use the high quality ground textures within the base game or other mods? they're amazing.
I noticed something playing as UK in a joint ops against Axis. The UK is able to get crazy-high resource bonuses. Like, after using setting up one of secured resources in the ammo base along with a captain with the resource bonus skill I was raking in like +500 ammo/sec (or whatever the unit of time it is). Is this normal? I don't remember exactly what else I did but I also was raking in like 400+ fuel as well at the same time in the same match.
Is the AI competent in using the new units and such?
Where can I download the latest version.. and what is the latest version? 1.1? 1.2 has apparently been deleted and I don't understand why both the original mod and the newer chronicles version are both listed as being recently updated?
