This mod is great, the quests you've implemented are quality and immersive, however it's missing something that other mods have to make the game feel how I would like it to feel.

Hardcore AI aim from mods such as Misery and Last Day.
I find that fighting stalkers is ludicrously easy because by default they have a sight range far below what the player has and accuracy that makes them mostly a non-threat even in large shootouts.

Is there a way to get hardcore AI aim into the mod? I'll even do it myself if I have instructions, or maybe someone can make an addon?

Huge issues with the Kushan. Several village elders are replaced with 'merchant's end' which plays the empty dialogue string of surrender or die. In addition, the Kushan serf doesn't have any upgrade options.

Why? A refusal to communicate opinion implies an unwillingness to even consider what is being brought up.
How else is one to approach that besides continuing to push the subject or give up entirely?

If you reread what I said, I'm not saying he didn't reply AT ALL, I'm saying he chose not to make any comment about the issues being brought up.

Context is key here: you have not made any comment pertaining to the issues being mentioned, whether you agree or disagree with them. Whether or not you made a reply is irrelevant, the contents of that reply is what matters.

Sorry to say, but the fact that I needed to explain that is baffling.

If that is the case, then all that needs happen is the creator speak as much (or speak to the contrary) but as mentioned in another reply, he is choosing to make no comments one way or the other. So I will continue to post this until he does talk about it or until I'm cast into oblivion.

Because the creator is refusing to discuss it for some reason or another.

I would stop entirely if I were to receive any response at all from him pertaining to the problems and solutions described.

Whether it's: "Yea, I agree, that is a problem and could easily be fixed" Or "No, I disagree because (Reason here)."

As it stands the issue is instead being avoided altogether which is not-on.

As an avid M&B player, I feel I need to point out a glaring, yet fixable, flaw in your mod that hinders an otherwise fantastic piece of work.

A lot of units use polearms: spears with shields in particular, and while this is lore and reality friendly, the way M&B handles polearms as a base actually ends up making a lot of troops useless because of that they use these spears. A good example would be Volantis, a very powerful faction, correct? Except they are not so since their armies are easily defeated by the armies of Lys. Lannisport and driftmark Spearmen have costs in the thousands yet they're far outclassed by any soldier wielding a 1-handed swinging weapon instead of a spear.

Instead of just vaguely stating it as fact, however, I'm going to ewxplain why this happens. The way spears work in Vanilla M&B, they require a sizeable windup and a sizeable distance in order to do their damage and not thud. Not only is this not a realistic portrayal of a spear, the AI isn't actually equipped to handle how they work correctly and will often push themselves right up against the enemy, making their spears thud uselessly while they get wailed on by anyone that doesn't have a spear.

Obviously this problem is extremely unrealistic and many mods have taken measures to fix this glaring problem: PoP and many others have the overhead strike, Floris has it's own lower and upper animations, and Viking Conquest increased thrusting speed across the board and gave it their own upper animation.

An easy fix to this glaring problem would simply be to follow suit and change the animations. Most people agree that Viking Conquest did spear animations the best, so lifting those animations would be a good start.

Also: the forests on the map are far too dense, which makes holding areas like the Stormlands an absolute nightmare because you're unable to see even your own party amid the thick clusters of trees. The choice for this perplexes me, because in previous versions of this mod the tree density was fine.

This comment is being repeated for importance, and because it was not discussed.

A lack of response does represent an unwillingness to consider what is being said. Whether or not that is true, I don't know, but it is what's displayed by that.

I don't want to paint a bad image here, as I have naught but respect for you and what you're giving here, however I think this is a legitimate issue that needs to be answered to, or atleast debated.

Pretty major bug: The Black Khergit lair is, instead of a bandit lair, an open field wherein your character and several stationary copies of your character do battle with your own party member and then a bunch of looters and black khergits spawn on your side.

Tried invading Rostok as freedom, I sent pretty much everyone I could to gather together at the Mutant Lair north of Rostok to then make one huge attack, but none of them can make the transition between Army warehouses and Rostok it'd seem? Every time a squad makes it to the transition point, they just get teleported to the farms at the north point of the Army Warehouses.

It just flat out doesn't want to work with it. Even with the offline combat turned off the questlines quests don't work. The warfare features aren't even present on the PDA map and if you try to right click on the PDA map it crashes the game. :(

Would you consider making a 'More NPCs" mod? I don't mean more stalkers in general, I'm talking unique NPCs like Barkeep, Dushman, etc. there are a lot of empty locations that you don't have any real reason to visit as part of that faction: Examples: There's no reason to visit the east docks or Brain Scorcher as Monolith, theres no reason to visit the Bandit bases in Garbage or Dead City as Bandits, there's no reason to visit the North Agroprom Facility as loner. The game can feel somewhat empty in certain areas as a result of this, but if anyone could fix this I'd think it'd be DoctorX considering the areas of expertise! Seeing as you're the only one that's put out any 'new' quest systems, I'd think coding new NPCs entirely would be relatively easy (and greatly desired by the community)

Started up a game as monolith, fired 20ish shots with the starting rifle (I start with 180 ammo in reserve and had 160 after) at some rats for a mission, I go to sell some body parts and dead monolithian loot, only to find the weapon degraded a full 12% from those 20 shots! I know AO's original degradation rates were rediculous, but I think you hit those degradation rates a little too hard with that nerf bat friend, a majority of guns (barring the excessively ****** ones like the L8A1) can handle upwards of 8000-10000+ rounds before they start jamming. So for 2/3rds of a clip to degrade it that much (especially when repairing that particular gun from 80% to 100% costs 9k) is unrealistic and frustrating economically.

Will there be any work done in the future to improve the liveliness of unique NPCs, or add-in new NPCs to empty places such as the Garbage Hanger or the Loner Outpost at Agroprom?

You guys are doing an amazing job with all of this and it really feels like you've opened up the zone! But the NPCs still feel lackluster, robotic, or lacking in content and I feel like it'd make this mod nigh perfect if the NPCs were given some more love. :)
