So this is a known issue?

the axis only makes halftracks and medium tanks

I'm using version 6.1.8

The allies will only make the crocodile sherman and the halftracks, but the axis will not make pumas,light tanks and heavy tanks

Can someone help me? Why does the AI doesnt make heavy tanks like the Panzer and the Sherman? They dont even make their tank factories.
