You need it to run everything of a mod that uses wse and it helps on performance godly.
wse in moddb file. run it from the folder called wse3.0
if you got it from steam download the wse files and place it into your medieval conquest folder.

The install video does help SP load its video scenes meant for SP like house starks intro.

So this is about only a ENB not a graphics mod if you never edited the textures just the lighting, shading, and saturation overlay. otherwise the file size will be more than 100MB
you could get a lot of people if you spend and hype the project a lot but if you just add new gear the mod will die, try adding something that most mods don't have. and make sure the server has no effects so whatever or spammed props, a lot of people use low PC's
