Once the magnificent capital of the empire of New Victoria, now because of corruption in the aristocracy that run New Victoria it has been reduced to just the parliament buildings and the rest... slums. My name is Constable Ernest Thornton Blacktail, and I am a separatist, or at least that's what they call us. We are those who wish that the parliament was taken down. We are few and far between and because of the strict laws in place we can't communicate openly lest we be executed for treason. It is time for me to begin my struggle against them...
