vtfedit anyone? :P
Do I sense a Craig Ferguson in this video?
Great tutorial :) Maybe you should mention VTF plugins for GIMP, Photoshop, Paintshop Pro, and Paint.NET, also VTFedit in another video. They make this process much easier if you know what you are doing. I just create the texture and save as VTF in Paint.net and it comes with its own VMT file.
I just save to VTF from photoshop... what a slow workflow is that? :P
Good tutorial, always is good to know the basic method
GIMP VTF plugin: Moddb.com
I know there are a bunch of tools out there, but I wanted to show the very basic way of doing it. I should have mentioned in the tutorial that there are these tools though.
Great tut AND ******* AMAZING PIG :D
I'm writing this message to say, make more, because you will get motivated and, make more...
Use VTFedit, right click on the tga file and use open with VTFEDIT :)

Is it possible to create textures with transparent backgrounds?
Yes it is, I might make a tut on that at some point.
cool, I've been trying to remember how I used to do that, but it's been 4 years and my memory is shot to pieces.
