I'd say the Sherman or the Jeep, but from the Vietnam era the M113 is certainly up there

From an Australian point of view, I always thought the Abrams was tops in that regard. That and the Blackhawk.
All the modern icons of the US military happen to be terrible (Stryker), overweight and unreliable, (Abrams/Bradley), or deadly to their operators (Osprey), its nice to see a mod featuring a vehicle that was not just an industrial contractor cash-grab.
did you know that like 200 peopl edied tring to build the osprey
actually the Bradley can take on MBTs with its TOW rocket and during desert storm they had very few casualties compared to kills due to how it was used as a fast recon vic with good armament due to its 37mm and TOW along with its m2 .50 cals. And the Abrams is not a tank easily taken on it can withstand AT IED while only losing a tread.
