ZombieMod takes a unique approach on the Zombie Apocalypse by putting it in the perspective of a military commander, not a survivor. Since it is 2 years after the first infections, resistance on the east coast is organized, resulting in battles rather than small groups fighting for survival.

Description
No one knows where these guys came from. All anyone knows is not to mess with them. Armed with chemical weapons, the Alchemists prefer to kill their enemies painfully. Using a bow as their main weapon, they can attack groups on enemies from afar with arrows that have a nasty chemical cocktail on the tip, doing damage to any nearby unit and potentially causing them to retreat.

Mostly just for variety's sake. The Survivor faction has an upgrade that gives all units the recognizable US gas mask, so this is a way to make it stand out more. I suppose we can play with some more ideas.

GP-5 actually isn't a bad gas mask, its cheap (about 5 dollars) and with a new filter its effective provided you get a tight seal on your head.
the reason why it sucks is becasue its made from rubber and lens made from glass (not ballistic lens)
and rubber melts in burining buildings
