Will this be visual upgrades (Like Blacklight retribution)
Or non visual, stat upgrades (Like S.T.A.L.K.E.R Call of pripyat(If I'm correct :s))?

Oh no, please don't add money to this mod... I don't want it to be like Killing Floor... it'll totally break the atmosphere :'(
Agreed, I'd much prefer to have to scrounge parts and ammo where I can find them.
