Continue guessing. It's canon (Legends) and was used by the Hutts quite a few thousand years ago.
That is not this model, this was something acquired after the destruction of Nal Hutta.
It is a little bit of fannon created by Warb and me to allow for an "alternate universe ending" for the Hutt faction.
We have to create a winnable scenario for all 3 factions, because nobody wants to play a game knowing that they will ultimately lose in the end ;)
If I remember correctly you said something about "if the Hutt capture Kuat...Hutt SSD...PEW PEWPEW..."?
If the Hutts capture Kuat, they can build the Hutt Star Destroyer, the Barrettor:

But Kuat was not primarily known for building SSD, unlike another world which had a pre-established Hutt influence...
My next guess is Rendili Moddb.com . They built SSDs and it would fit with those "Heavy Quad Imperial grade Ion Turrets".
