2 older style warships that are often seen around the galaxy used as utility vessels, the Imperial Escort Carrier is a floating hanger, capable of repairing nearby ships and deploying 4 squadrons of fighters and the Broadside Cruiser is a flying tank of a missile launchship/minelayer. The Escort Carrier is weakly armored with adequate shielding, has 2 quad rapid AA turrets, and 6 dual medium turbos. The Broadside cruiser is weakly shielded but incredibly armored and slow. The Broadside features 2 bridge mounted dual laser turrets mounted below the command pod, 2 AA turrets, 2 dual medium turbos, 3 borax diamond missile launchers and a mine deployer.
Thee ships can be seen at most old Imperial worlds.

loved the broadside cruiser for totally unnecessary long range anti fighter screening/bombardment in vanilla lol
I've already seen these in many mods, but they honestly never looked so good. I can only imagine how awesome all your ships will look if they are eventually textured.
Really cool! I never liked the Broadside-cruiser that much it was so inconspicuous, just nothing special in terms of design in the vanilla game. But you really made an amazing detailed ship out of this which i really would like to see in action. Astonishing work!
It is good to see that the Broadside have some turrets. One thing i didn´t like in vanilla was that the rockets detonated right away after they came out of the launchers when there were fighters around them. Maybe we will have a minimum range for them now.

I always loved both ships. The carrier is still one of my favorite vessels from mods :P
They both look awesome. I just have one question, not relating to these designs: will the OTHER Imperial escort carrier be part of the mod, or do you consider it to be decommissioned by this point?

Your Escort carrier is much better than the TR team's flying box.
