The Xenoforce Reborn mod takes the classic Xenoforce mod from CNC Generals and re-invisions it on the CNC3 engine with new units and new designs. The new armies that are currently scheduled to be in the mod are the Earth Federation, ZEON, the Invid, and the Earth Robotech Defense Force. We also have heavily modified the original CNC3 armies, giving the GDI, NOD, and Scrin a much more dynamic gameplay experience. This mod is NOT FOR PROFIT and NON-commercial based.
So Doug managed to send me another version of the Big Tray, this one was not corrupt. However the problem with the new one was that it was WAY to over-the-top on the poly count. We just couldn't bring it down to a feasable level so instead what I did was modeled my own using that one as a reference. What we ended up with is this.
I have to say I'm actually kinda happy with this one. I am not sure what type of big tray it is as all the pics I found online said that Big Trays only had 3 180-Degree rotating big turrets and the main cannons on the front but this one has 5 so if someone knows the actual class model number let me know. After texturing it up it looks good to me, but what do I know lol. It'll look even better once it's in the game where the games light engine can place shadows onto the unit. Either way this one will have to do until we can get a better one that doesn't cause the game to go "aaaaaaaa what's a fps? How about fpm? We can do fpm..." lol.
