Are you a real 40K TT Fan?

If you are, you certainly have been bored of the differences between units in DoW and in the TT.
This mod is made by a pure hardcore TT fan just to redefine the universe of the 41st universe in DoW and how the units and gameplay should be.

Check out if you don't mind to enter a world where only despair and death awaits you - meanwhile, there is one sure thing : Anything is different...

A sneak peek of cool stuff you could meet in the 0.9, 0.95 or 1.0 (Soulstorm) Versions :

- Completely new system for armour penetration for infantry and tanks inspired by TT statistics. New armor types added for vehicles, monsters and infantry which fits the TT ones such as "Heavy 2+E4" for SM terminators or "14-14-14" for the Land raider. The penetration value is proportional of how powerful is the weapon, Stamina and armor values of the target. It permit to have weapons effective against certain armors and not for others. For example, an Imperial guard who wants to fire at a Space marine will have just 10.89% to hit him whereas the marine has 66%.

- Completely new HP system for infantry and vehicles. You will see that HP have decreased drastically. For stance, a Leman russ have 1820 whereas a Sentinel have just 1450. SM terminators have 305 whereas grots have 85. Heroes will never have more than 700 HP. Monsters such as the Bloodthirster or the Avatar of Khaine are balanced from others and the penetration system.

- New units and squads. More than 30 new ones ! Now you will have access to different types of Leman russ, to ork Kommandos, Chaos Dreadnoughts, Chaos land raider and many more ! All new models are used "under license" with the smart authorization of their authors.

- New techtrees for all races. All weird abilitis have been removed. New researches and abilities appears. New cap values for HQ and Troops in one hand and for Elites, Fast Attack and Heavy Support in another hand.

- New icons and Menu interfaces.

- New Maps for special scenarios.

- Special Guide for new Tactics, Techtrees and a lot more !

Note : Actually, the sole playable version is only on WA so don't try to make it running in DC. The DC version, called 0.95 DC SE is on the way and should be released in May (if not before) so be prepared to brand new tactics !

As the title of this news says, the demo and the final DC version will be delayed for certain reasons and, even though their release are near, I have many things to do IRL so I don't always have the time to spend on the mod project as I wanted to.

But don't desesperate, if all go well (mainly if my father don't take my hard disk... as he did a few days ago), the demo will be release in the next 2-3 weeks and the final DC version during July so all can enjoy the mod during their summer vacation.

On WA main menu there will be - below army painter - an button called game maneger click that then click the mod you want then it will come up needs to restart click then wait and see.

I don't know actually. I should check if the DC one runs with SS.
If so, I will just mod the new races for the SS version and surely review the balance but there won't be any big stuff added. Just remember for now that nothing has been decided yet.
