Now THAT is beautiful.

And that is really weird, I just came to check on mod updates, Underhell is still way down at the bottom because it hasn't updated in a while, but then I refresh the page and Underhell disappears! And I'm like "Huh?" then I scroll all the way up to the top and there it is, Underhell updated 50 seconds ago. Perfect timing.

I have no idea what the literal meaning is... it's just meant to be a South Park reference, and a not at all subtle dig at the IRL weapon manufacturer. I was going to do their real logo, but the comedy option seemed like the easier choice =P

Why new models? Is it for the Greenlight conversion? Or just for fun?

Strogglet15 Jan 22 2014, 1:11pm replied:

It's because the default models are pretty much not really made for Underhell's gameplay mechanics.

Besides, they're from third party devs, they got nothing to do with Underhell.

Also, it's always better to have your own stuff than from other people.

^ Basically what Strogglet said. Trying to use other people's models in a retail release would be a nightmare to arrange, this is a more straightforward way of doing things.

I thought you made the old models though.

Or maybe you just animated them.

Whatevs.

I had nothing to do with the old models (and I don't animate either - that was another guy on the team). Basically I'm making all new weapon models myself to replace the old ones.

When I said "retail" I meant Greenlight. And yes, there most likely will be a pricetag attached of some kind.

Then what about Chapter 2 and so forth? Will it also cost money?

Just asking...

If it is, then it'll be disappointing for some people who aren't able to buy, but understandable seeing the high quality works and efforts of people put in this humble mod soon to be a game.

I just won't be able to actually enjoy it...

Due to many reasons BTW, not because i'm cheapskate or a pirate or anything, but real reasons like no credit card, no jobs, still young and studying, far away country where i couldn't do stuff, ETC.

*sighs* It's The Stanley Parable all over again...

Good luck though!
Can't wait to see the Greenlight release and the next chapters!

I don't think anything has been decided upon yet, but it will most likely be on sale. It's way too early to call though, we have other stuff to focus on for the time being!

I just find it weird for a Mossberg to have wooden furniture, ESPECIALLY on a pistol gripped one. Still good though!
