Today I've been working on the conversion beam upgrade for the predator to give them some serious late-game firepower in order to take out heavy and superheavy enemy armor much more efficient then any other gun, yet lacking against fast moving and light armored targets.
Feel free to post your suggestions on what role this gun should play!

A very pleasant surprise! First of all i would like to see this weapon added to the CSM predator too, it would really help them a lot.
Pros: Has a surprisingly long range compared to many other weapons of it's size. Very efficient at tank-busting. Can be used as a powerful siege breacher and/or artillery hunter as well because of it's range.
Cons: The tank must be stationary to be able to fire it's main weapon. Not that effective against hordes of light to medium infantry. Quite slow to build up it's beam/shot.
Wonder how the firing effect will look like :o
Firing FX and SFX are done already and they're GLORIOUS! The Emperor himself will shed a tear when hearing the sound of impending heretic doom :'-)

I'd also like to see sponson-mounted grav cannons for predators!
I couldn't find any pictures of sponsoon mounted grav guns so far so I dunno if that is a legit upgrade or not :/
It's kind of the same issue i have with most leman russes not being able to have sponson-mounted lascannons even though it's technically possible, but i guess it's for tabletop balance.
The Land Raider Excelsior has a combination of hull-mounted Grav cannon and grav-amplifier. The vehicle itself is basically a more heavily armed damocles. I'm not the same guy as Solaire, just saying.
see that mess over there on the floor, ya that's my ead! ya went and poped it with all this updates. give the sponson mounts a melta upgrade for close range tank damage flamers, if the IG do it the space marines might as well to. also maybe add contemptor pattern dreadnought as a relic walker for SM.
