Just as announced earlier, I've added plasma cannons to the heavy weapons entrencheable team as a Tier III weapon choice. I've changed their upgrade behavior to let you upgrade their weapons over the course of the game instead of being stuck with one weapon upgrade forever. This should help making the heavy weapon teams more versatile.
