To save some time, I'm going to give the only really important parts of the warnings.log file. 22:25:25.35 LOCALIZER -- Requested string ID '5800176' does not fit in a valid key range! 22:25:25.36 MOD -- Fatal Data Error for 'modifiers\cost_power_modifier.lua' - the target entity type 'chaos_lord_of_change' does not exist! I haven't the slightest idea what this means or what hole I put this file in. I apologize if this has already been answered (or should've been part of another thread instead of BEING a thread), but this is preventing me from playing Soulstorm at all. Any ideas? If this happens every time at game launch, sounds like corrupted files. If it random as in once in a while then never mind. But if it is EVERY SINGLE TIME, try to reinstall the mod. That should fix it as no one else is facing that problem -- Ummm.... |
