In the original game, and I could have sworn earlier versions, space marine scouts could get a sergeant. Has that been removed? Is it easy enough to put back in?

In addition, there is something else in regards to SM scouts that might be worth your consideration and make them more mid-game valuable. That is, the traditional codexes of the tabletop game (This is just to be used for inspiration, not my demand that everything be codex-perfect), one Scout could be upgraded with a heavly bolter or missile launcher. Obviously, this would require a tier and/or armory requirement, but could make something interesting in regards to SM infiltrators

Also, another very minor requests for the Space Marines. Since there is already a model of a tactical marine holding a missile launcher, would it be possible to have missile launchers available to devastator squads? It would be extremely lore friendly, since all versions of the game permit missile launchers for el Devastators.

In what version do you think they were put in? I don't think they were ever added... however a scout sergeant would be good I guess instead of a skull probe, but the real problem is that scout sergeants are equipped with CHAIN SWORDS hence making their stealth tactics immersively insulting to my taste, hence were never added. If they were equipped with something else like a plasma pistol and dagger or sniper rifle, I would find that fitting.

Honestly, I could just be misremembering in regards to scout seargents. You made the mod, after all, so I trust your memory! Having a scout seargent would be awesome, and have the armory up his wargear like any other sergeant (plasma pistol, power sword) or heck, give him a sniper rifle instead/upgrade option works as well. It just rounds the scouts to a nice even 5 people, plus making it lore friendly and something to add for fun.

Apologies for inferring that the scouts weren't mid game viable. I forgot about how you re-did sniper rifles, which destroys infantry if you place the scouts in the right place.

I like the idea of Scout Sergeants (though with no chainswords) and being able to equip Scout squads with heavy bolters.
