I have two questions that I do not yet understand.

At First, Why are there "fast fire plasma blasts(Final Wargears)" in Chaos Space Marines and imperial guards? Then, What is the final position of their warhound titans?

At Second, IDH's Paladins and CSM's Mutilators & Obliterators are the same tech unit, but why is not it similar performance? And Paladins can increase the number of final squad members (4 Squad Members), but why is not Mutilators & Obliterators(3 Squad Member)?


Someone has to answer this question.. Would you please let me know?
