How to Defeat Angron? Thread - Ultimate Apocalypse Mod (DOW SS) for Dawn of War

Seriously I'm sick of hearing "I am your Death!" "I am your Death!" "I am your Death!"

I love playing with Necrons and I've used everything with them and the only thing that can really damage that guy is the End Game weapon they posses which of course you can use before Angron jumps to another location OR just recovers his health/morale to full.

I destroyed my entire base once in trying to take down that guy with 3 Pyramids primed with End game weapons and surprisingly was able to bring down his health to half.

So any Tactic or am I missing something that I should know of?

p.s I play on Harder difficulty~

Basic recipe is doon't let them build him, if they do, exterminate them while keeping him occupied/busy.

Even inquisition has a tough time bringing him down, assuming they have THE GrandMaster, Dreadknights and whatever the hell is effective vs him.

Well my Main reason asking this is because I really want to beat that guy.

Which means I SHOULD have used all the end game weapons on their base and ended, seriously that guy is just way over powered...

sigh...

I hear 2 imperator's MIGHT be able to do it. Notsure how right that is.

nope...only if you keep him pinned in place and not doing ANYTHING at all then it will work..

Play eldar and abuse the f*** out of invisiblity

I wonder if they are going to add Marneus Calgar now in UA since he just came back x3

From what I understand, you're not supposed to be able to kill Angron. Technically speaking, yes, but - no. He's meant to be the end game weapon for the Daemons, basically.

Just get aircraft, scout around and destroy any busy daemon Titan buildings. He takes really looooong to build.

I killed him pretty easily with a lucius Titan, a bunch of baneblades, and a ton of walls so he couldnt get to all my units at once.
