Help with Multiplayer Thread - Ultimate Apocalypse Mod (DOW SS) for Dawn of War

Greeting friends of UA:

I'm editing my last post. I'm seeking persons that have Hamachi to play in multiplayer in internet with another players. If someone are interest please reply to play in this way.

Have you Soulstorm patched to 1.2???

If you have installed the 2 patches of Soulstorm you can create a Dawn of War Online account: Multiplayer - Online - Create profile.

With This profile you can play online with players (and with me and my friend), no only SS, but also the mods like UA.

All without having to install Hamachi and online room is very comfortable, more than Hamachi

* You must patch SS to 1.2 if you dont have installed the patches.
if you have problems ask to this thread.

PD: My online name on Dawn of War is TheLordOfTerra and i play UA New Races 1.72.7

PD. I check my game but I can't create a account, I think that is because don't have an original game of DoW, you'll have a solution that I can play online???? Thanks

what is exactly your problem??, create the account, is a message error: The password you provided is incorrect. or you cant play with all races?
If you can't create the account try to create in Soulstorm 1.0, no inside UA, do you understand me?, go to game manager and select Dawn of War Soulstorm and create the account there.
For all races is not a problem, i can give you the link for the FKD-SSPatcher, it worked with me and my friends.

Hello friend of Terra:

My problem is that I created my account inside the game (UA) but when I try to start a session online show me a message that said: CD Authentication Fail. I suppose that it's happening because I don't have a legal version. Well, I'll try inside Soulstorm, but I don't know if I can create a new account with my same e-mail U_U.

P.D. Impossible, I created a new account in Soulstorm (but I have patched in Soulstorm 1.2 since install the mod UA) but still continue showing me the message of CD Authentication Fail. I can create in Dark Crusade? some idea???

P.D. Friend of Terra, I enter in Dark Crusade, and can play online, how I can do it in Soulstorm????

Ahhhh ok you have a no-original CD KEY, you install Soulstorm with a internet CD KEY. I'm right?

Is not a problem, there are some CD KEYs non functional, but I can give you a CD KEY for online and you can change the CD KEY without reinstalling Soulstorm.

You can create and play online on DC because your CD KEY of DC works also in online, no like your Soulstorm KEY.

All you have to do is change the SS CD KEY and I can give you the key, when you change the key try to enter online with your account, or create a new.

CD KEY: 76C0-6973-CF45-9954-B935 Try with this key if it doesn't works i can give you an another key.

HOW TO CHANGE THE KEY WITHOUT REINSTALLING
1. Windows button + r and write regedit.
2. Open the Registry Editor and go to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\thq\Dawn of War - Soulstorm and right click on CD KEY and modify and put the cd key (76C0-6973-CF45-9954-B935) and accept
3. Try to join online, if the fail persist this cd key works: 4EB6-B754-37D4-9CE3-DD10 but this key is used for a lot of people and if you are connected and a player connect with your same cd key you disconnect and is very upset.

¿Puedes jugar ahora mismo? Lo digo porque aquí ahora mismo son las 20:10 y puedo, sino mándame un privado cuando puedas pero los fines de semana suelo tener deberes y puedo tarde, mas o menos a esta hora, las 20:00-21:00 (hora española) suelo estar disponible fines de semana, los viernes a partir de las 15:00 y de lunes a jueves me es imposible por los estudios. Espero poder jugar contigo al UA New Races 1.72.7
PD: Dentro de muy poco tiempo sacarán la versión 1.73

Hello everyone. I wanna ask about a problem I have encountered with the multiplayer part of the mod. What might be the reason to get sync errors or getting kicked out of the game as soon as the map loaded? We tried to play on hamachi with a friend, but it didn't work. It only worked on vanilla soulstorm, but when we tried UA or UA: New Races, we got sync errors or he got kicked out of the game as soon as the game started. So any help?

surely your friend has a no-cd key original so when someone connects with the same key the game ejected from the game to your friend.Tell him to get another cd key less used. Also when I played with my friend expelled from the game he just as we played in the Streets of Magerion map, in other maps
this problem don't happens
As for the sync error never happens to me, is supposed to be fixed that problem with patch 1.72.7, the latest patch. If you do not have go install 1.72.7 as fix the problem.

Thanks for the reply. I don't know if he has the cd-key, but he told me that he had no problem with playing the game with his brother by using the exact installation folder in both computers. Also I have the latest patch installed, so it must be something else I believe.

whenever i try to play with a friend we both get De Synced.... any thoughts on how to fix this? The FaQ solution doesn't seem to work...

A Little confused here... So I have all the DoW games (Bought from Steam), and the Ultimate Apocalpyse Mod works astonishingly. I can play single player (Skirmishes) and everything will be A-OK, but when my brother and I decided we should play together with the mod online, neither of us can use any of the 5 original races, Space Marines, Eldar, Chaos, Orks, or Imperial Guard. Yet we can use the newer few, Dark Eldar, Tyranids, Necrons, Sisters of Battle, and Tau.
Now with this being so, we can set the AI to the races we can't be, but it's just us who can't be them. Personally I use Necrons out of them all, so this problem isn't much for me, but my brother uses Eldar, and since he can't use them, he's having a hard time accepting any offers from me to play the game with me without using Eldar. Is there a way to fix this problem????? hhhnnnnnn Thanks in advance!

@Dwibblez: I'll be sure to add this new question to the FAQ as it sounds very important.

Relic and THQ decided to allow slavery restrict races due to you-have-to-buy their games. All of them, or said races like you mentioned cannot be played... There are "cracks" out there which are illegal but effective at making all races free to play online multiplayer. You have to either get a chaotic point added to your status by getting the crack, or get a lawful point and buy all games. They should be around 10 bucks each.

I have a little but very good program that give you all races in one click.

It worked to me and to all my friends. I'll search the program (I think 1MB) in my pendrives and for the interested people give me a message.

Hamachi Network open to all. (with a 5 player limit, of course.)
