I keep getting low framerate a lot during some large scale battles, changing to a smaller resolution and lowering the textures and model qualities helped a little, (Even though everything looks like crap now), along with using large address aware and some commands on the Soulstorm shortcut, but I'm still dropping to around 20 or lower FPS during a max sized battle, but with no extreme or massive battles enabled.

I was wondering if there is some sort of thing that is causing this? Effects/particles or some high poly models, etc. And a way to tone this down so that I can enjoy a smooth frame rate. My system specifications are 8GB of RAM, AMD 4100 Quadcore with 3.6Ghz and an AMD Radeon 6670 with DDR3 and Windows Home Premium 64-bit.

Try turning of persistant bodies. That one can really cause performance issues if the battle turns into a meatgrinder. Its the only thing of the sort i have encountered at least. Dont think the engine was made to handle 2000+ bodies on the battlefield :)

First thing I tried lol, it did help quite a bit but I'm afraid I'm still hitting 10-20 FPS in a regular scale battle.
