1. IG Relic tanks are still woefully underpowered in my opinion, and I've seen other users say similar things. For reference, I used Sandbox mode and tested several engagements between IG armor and tanks of other races. The Leman Russ consistently outperformed the Baneblade in every respect, and the Baneblade consistently outperformed every other IG Relic tank in every respect, except for the last one with the Volcano Cannon which I forgot the name of. Leman Russ Punishers and Infernos handled swarms of enemy infantry better than the IG Relic tanks as well. IG Relic tanks need buffed. They are quite literally less useful, less powerful, and less cost-efficient than IG non-Relic vehicles.

2. Uncommon Valor doesn't affect regular Imperial Guard squads or Conscripts, even though its text says it affects "all infantry". I also didn't notice a health boost on Kasrkin squads or Special Weapons Squads, only morale boosts, even though the text says it increases their health as well.

3. I have a suggestion for a tech upgrade for the late game to coincide with Powered Bayonets, something to give IG infantry longevity in the late-game rather than just spamming armor. Tech name is Overcharged Lasguns. Based on 40k lore, Lasguns have a variety of settings. Their highest/overcharge setting results in a much stronger shot that uses a lot more ammunition. The tech upgrade would give Conscripts, Guardsmen, Special Weapons Teams, and possibly Kasrkins increased base ranged damage and accuracy, while reducing rate of fire. It would only affect Lasguns and Hellguns, so weapon upgrades would be unaffected. If a slower rate of fire seems too detrimental, that can be left out. It seemed odd to me that with Powered Bayonets IG infantry can deal more damage in melee than at range, so I thought it should be balanced out. Plus, it would make sense in the context of lore. This, in my mind, would make using Guardsmen and Conscripts a viable tactic in later tiers, as at the present Conscripts become useless at Tier I and Guardsmen at Tier II. There's no reason to use either of them over SWS or Kasrkins. Overcharged Lasguns, combined with Powered Bayonets, would make all IG infantry stand a little stronger when faced with endgame challenges.

4. Some of the IG Titan units have bad text for their abilities, resulting in "No Range" displaying in place of normal ability text.

IG Relic tanks are all about support and tanking damage. They are easier to build and get heavy benefits from the mars pattern convoys. You don't end one alone the same way you wouldn't send a land raider on the offensive alone. Just send the tank with the rest of your army(plus a few healer convoy's) hiding behind it and see their effectiveness.

The other points, i guess i agree with. Nothing much to say about them. :)
