Chaos Daemons can build juggernauts even though i put restriction(s): Vehicles, Aircraft, Relic Units, Titans. I'm guessing it has to do with their unit tupe...? |

They used to be able to build Blight Drones even if Aircraft were restricted. I assume it's a work in progress. |
