In order to use these addons, you absolutely need:
- Ultimate Apocalypse and all of its requirements downloaded.
That is it!
- Place all files inside:
- C:\Program Files(x86)\THQ\Dawn of War - Soulstorm
- C:\Program Files\THQ\Dawn of War - Soulstorm
- Steam location wherever that is. You could find your route folder by right clicking on your DOW SS game, go into properties, and within LOCAL FILES tab, click on the BROWSE LOCAL FILES button, and there you would find your directory.

00 JAPIERDOLE2 addon
- SURVIVAL ADDITIONS.
- Survival scenarios all premade and created by JAPIERDOLE2.
- New winconditions located at the bottom of your conditions select.
01 Necron Enhanced

It is because Necron in UA1734 is too weak in the beginning, so it is difficult to defeat other race with Nec especiall for AI Necron allience. So I strengthen necron a little in beginning and weaken them in ending. And I give them new AI method to make Necron AI more powerful.
Change in attrib:
Squad -------- Rainforce time decreased from 50 to 40, and capture flag speed increased from 0.5 to 0.6.
ability for scarab -------- scarab get 50% melee defence instead 40% in UA 1734(scarab itself has been strengthened), 2% range defence add to squad from each member(full team member get 36% range defence). This means the larger group they are, the tougher they will be.
Squad -------- Scarab start from 9 and can be as large as 18 after research, but notice that team formation has been changed a little to suit large squad number; they are now more crowed and AOE weapon are more dangerous for them.
strength -------- Scarab health increased from 52 to 65, and it will be 100 after vehicle armor research.
Squad -------- Squad number increased by 2, and new squad formation has been set for them to suit 10 persons team. Rainforce cost from 25 to 30, and rainforce time decreased from 24 to 20.
ebps -------- speed increased from 7 to 8, comeback chance and comeback health increased from 30% to 35%
melee -------- special attack now deal damage, low tier melee unit no longer threaten them that much
weapon -------- wepon range increased from 19 to 20, damage increased by 10%
Squad -------- Squad number increased by 1, and they will have up to 9 persons a squad. Rainforce cost from 40 to 45.
ebps -------- Health increased from 650 to 700, comeback chance and comeback health increased from 30% to 35%
Squad -------- Squad number increased by 1, and they will have up to 9 persons a squad. Rainforce cost from 30 to 35, and rainforce time decreased from 30 to 24.
ebps -------- speed increased from 5.5 to 6. Health increased from 890 to 900. comeback chance and comeback health increased from 30% to 35%
Squad -------- Squad number increased by 1, and they will have up to 9 persons a squad. Rainforce cost from 70 to 75.
melee -------- special attack now deal damage. With large radius Aoe and high special attack chance, they are now much powerful in melee combat with group of enemy melee units.
Squad -------- Squad number increased by 1, and they will have up to 7 persons a squad.
ebps -------- Comeback health increased from 25% to 30%
Each monolith give 9% speed bouns,and listening post speed bouns decreased from 10% to 9%. Bouns construction speed increased from 1.025(multiplication_1.025*1.025*1.025...) to 0.045(addition_1+0.045+0.045+0.045...)
Monolith time costs are now 250,400,550,700,850 from the second monolith. The old values are 300,400,500,600,700
Super plasma generator cost time decreased from 300 to 250, and its nenegy rate decreased from 5 to 4.5. But it costs more time and enegy if you want to build more than 1 super plasma generator. (old geometric progression: enegy cost_2500,4500,6500, time cost_300,500,700; new geometric progression: enegy cost_2500,5000,7500... time cost_250,500,750... I believe their is no chance for people to build more than 2 in battle...)
Normal plasma generator has faster enegy rate, which increased from 0.25 to 0.3.(multiply 1.2) Power research 5 and 6 boosts decrease from 1.25 to 1.2. In conclusion, the final resource boost is now 1.2*1.2*1.2/1.25/1.25= 1.1, and necron get a small resource advance in the beginning.
Necron starts with 300 power instead of 200.
Change in AI:
Necron AI now speed up, they are more likely to tier very fast. They will be force to do some resource research to ensure enegy income, and they will build more generator if they can. They will no longer build more than one greater summon core, as in the old ai method greater summon core is set as production building rather than research building.
After all, necron becomes a little powerful than before. AI necron are still a little weak in the beginning, but they are not as week as a child who cannot protect themselves. They have a great chance to struggle over the first few waves of attack from other race and then strike back. But notice one thing, in big map with a large number of objective points, Necrons are still weak compared with other races, maybe this will be fixed in UA 1.74.
02 Art Enhanced (recommanded)

? replace old chaos bloodletters with the dow 2 model and add sync kills to them
? rescale most units
_some super weapon building and titans are not that big
_space marine scaled from 1.1 to 1, and heroes looks a little bigger
_most unit shadows are reset
? fix Tau remora drones, they can shot bullets directly on the enemy rather than shooting the air forward.
? replace Ork stompa with a new stompa model, which is from ttru mod. And they are also used in ZMS and dark prophecy mod. Weapon and other values of it changed a little to suit new model. It became a little faster, and I weakened it a little in close combat.
03 Music (recomanded)
you must download the four links list on this youtube site before, and you can review new music from this video
copy sound/music folder into UAcrosslune/data/sound, and copy all the things in 03 Music section in to UAcrosslune/data
The new music package replace old UA music except UA main theme, and they are all lore friendly.
04 Camera (recomanded if you find the default UA camera is to high especially in some fog map)

05 Tyranids new models (most recommended)
Almost 96% of the old tyranid units and structures are replaced with new models, you can find them in game. For the new models may cause a little lag, I also decreased the quantity of swarm. They are still swarm but not that swarm, and they became a little stronger now.
To explain this I will give you an example: In the original UA you can build a large swarm of 100 units, and now you build a swarm of 85 units and each unit is 1.15 stronger compared with the old ones. But they are still swarm, for other races may only have an army of 60 units.
? A new melee weapon added to carnifex. You can find it in the upgrade section, and AI can also use this upgrade.
? A range weapon choice of Hive Tyrant has been replaced with a new melee weapon to suit the new model. It is the crush claw, which can make the opponent in close combat receive more melee damage.
Lash whip can stop the enemies from in close combat, so the enemies cannot escape unless they have jump pack. (Notice that it only stops one units other than the whole squad)
Hive Tyrant now moves a little faster, and it receive less health boost from its carapace research.
The wing research is replaced with Hive Guard research, for the new model doesn’t have a jump animation group. Hive Tyrant can reinforce 3 guards as his bodyguards. Hive Guards are very tough, but they are not so powerful in close combat; they are just the shield of Hive Tyrant.
? A new heroic relic unit is added to tyranids. It’s the swarm lord, which has 14000 hp, and deals great damage in close combat. It also has ability of 30% melee defence, so it is extremely deadly in close combat.
