Haha, I know yeah, that bugged me too. In TI's case, Interior missions take place in huge underground facilities rather than in power plants. :P

Underground facilities? Maybe whole underground network... C&C3 Nod units must've come from somewhere, you know. ;-) (Probably in C&C2 Nod units can/should come from undergrounds too.)
