Twisted Insurrection is a critically acclaimed, standalone modification based on the Command & Conquer™ Tiberian Sun™ engine. It features a complete redesign of the original game, set in an alternate "what-if?" timeline where the Brotherhood of Nod was victorious during the first Tiberian War. Do you have what it takes to drag the shattered Global Defense Initiative out of ruin? Or will you crush all who oppose the will of Kane and his Inner Circle? The choice is yours commander.

I like how you make more and more custom buildings, it is one of the things which make TI such a "professional" and serious mod. I hope there's no engine limit for the amount of stuff you can add :)

By the way, are there any plans to make new buildings for GDI and Nod which will be used instead of the current ones in TD timeline exclusively (like you did with defences)? Some of the currently used custom buildings have too high-tech look for TD times, like the GDI Tech center or the majority of Nod buildings, imo.

And the last thing (don't take it as a demand or fishing, I understand it takes time and effort to make stuff): are there any chances to see more updated buildings for GDI or Nod anytime soon?

P.S. I've found why it looks so familiar...

Thanks we're glad you like it. Yep we plan to make new Dawn buildings, it's just going to take a while.

Well spotted! This Command Center does indeed use the same elements from LKO's Kodiak. Here is the new and updated version of the Command Center for those of you interested: Ppmforums.com

Question: Can we use TI's art assets and code-snippets for our own public mods?

Well, we naturally can't "own" Rules.ini code or game logics. However, the art assets are different; you're not allowed use them in a public modification. They're part of what makes TI unique among all the projects and we'd like to keep it that way.

Kane will not be pleased
But I understand. Should this change, store the public ones in a seperate, UNlocked MIX

Description

Edit: View improved version here: Twistedinsurrection.net

Happy Easter to our friends and fans! We've got some new work in progress for TI and TD campaigns and yesterday we completed the work on a new GloboTech unit, all of which we'll reveal in due time. For now, have a glimpse at a more fitting GDI Command Center.

We may update this at a later date by adding some more details, radar dishes etc, but the base model is there.

Note: Nod Mission 16 has been shifted from the main campaign list to the 'Bonus Missions' list as we are struggling to improve its overall performance, we will most likely just build a new map from the ground up instead.
