What with ice and units breaking it?
Which ones will, and which won't?
Any system on that?
Harvesters, light vehicles, amphibious and hover vehicles can move on ice without breaking it.
I question "light vehicles".
In particular, Scatterpacks, Scorpion Tanks, Demolition Drones and Stingers - they are fairly mobile and fairly fragile, but not recon units per see.
have you planned to create a new Tiberian flora for the frozen territories?
