This modification offers an alternative gameplay to Tiberian Wars involving many Tiberian Sun units which many CnC fans (like me) missing in vanilla CNC3 and add even new my made units which you can't find anywhere else. Story is quite the same like Tiberian Wars, but is all about what if GDI and Nod do not abandon technologies they have used in Tiberian Sun era and instead of that further developed them. But it's not only that, there are many visual, sound and balance changes which I want to see and hear in my mod, new sounds, new music, new effects (like blood and gore, new infantry deaths, new more realistic missile trails) and many more.
Floater will be most likely the only forgotten flying unit. Ability to transport infantry that are able to attack from within increases its versatility versus any target. Its basicaly living airship (or gunship) something special for mutants :)
The beam is nice, but what I don't like is that "mechanic" (non organic) stuff attached to the living creature.

I agree. They should be using old equipment as well, like Harpys and Orca Transports from TS and a few old RC-type drones, like a remote bomb or a remote light MG / missile-launching aircraft drone.
Absolutely yes (And they can have some more air units rather from TS). There is also a several balance issue under this unit.
Basically it does everything. Just spam Floaters full of infantry and you will counter everything. They are the overpowered versions of Jetpack.
floaters are cool! Maybe i'd prefer a TS style Chinook for garrisoning troops in though, might be better than having a building on the Floaters ***. Maybe Floater would be better just as air type unit (without the rooms/garrison)
if not then maybe have chinooks as call for transport support power
Where is the Vindicator helicopter?

Floaters seems to be anti-vehicle, mostly organic, version of Ravager gunship.
