This modification offers an alternative gameplay to Tiberian Wars involving many Tiberian Sun units which many CnC fans (like me) missing in vanilla CNC3 and add even new my made units which you can't find anywhere else. Story is quite the same like Tiberian Wars, but is all about what if GDI and Nod do not abandon technologies they have used in Tiberian Sun era and instead of that further developed them. But it's not only that, there are many visual, sound and balance changes which I want to see and hear in my mod, new sounds, new music, new effects (like blood and gore, new infantry deaths, new more realistic missile trails) and many more.

A Chinook or an Apache Longbow that has to go back to pad to refill missiles might also fit the Forgotten "old hardware" theme if you want to add some other air units. Chinook would be cool as call in transport.

They'd have to be maintained, though. And aircraft pushing towards their 50th birthday are hard enough to keep running for us with all the infrastructure in the world still running perfectly fine, and no green rocks sprouting out of our airfields, triggering ion storms that utterly **** anything that happens to be airborne.

It could be used for a Support Power, like a paradrop of sorts.

I would settle for some TS-Era Orca Transports being used as drop pods.

Also, since Star Wars is the in thing nowadays: "You came in that thing? You're braver than I thought," could be used as the response to such an assault.

I agree about them using old equipment, but it shouldn't be Apaches or Chinooks. Maybe Harpys from TS.

They can also use Orca Transports from TS and a few old RC-type drones, like a remote bomb or a remote light MG / missile-launching aircraft drone.

Also worth noting: Depending on how far "In deep," the infrastructure and society were in the 2020s,(especially in Nod-controlled regions), the Harpy might actually be the kind of vehicle that could be operated and serviced reasonably well by crews with little technical know-how and/or especially formal training.

So the Forgotten will have ghetto transports? I approve.

By the way, I think the Floater should be scaled down a bit. Maybe it's the perspective, I dunno, but it seems its size right now is on par with a PAC or even the Leviathan, and it kinda gives the impression that the Floater is indeed as massive as them.

Floaters look very cool but i was hoping for TS style Chinook maybe as call for transport thing. Parhaps the floater model looks a little big?

Floater will be most likely the only forgotten flying unit. Ability to transport infantry that are able to attack from within increases its versatility versus any target. Its basicaly living airship (or gunship) something special for mutants :)
