Tiberian Apocalypse is a Partial Conversion for Command and Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars with the goal to create a true Tiberian Sun sequel. GDI, Nod and the Scrin are getting a complete overhaul.
One does not simply scale things properly.

Maybe make it so big that one of the "pads" of the MKII is as big as a pitbull?
A Pitbull is a two-person jeep with minimal armor plating. A Mammoth has a crew of two gunners minimum (one for missiles, one for main cannons), a driver, and a commander (most likely set up), backed by massive amounts of armor plating and the engine to carry all that weight. If you can't fit the two gunners, commander, armor, weapons, and autoloaders for the weapon systems into the turret, you need to make it bigger.
Crew of 3. Driver, Gunner, Commander.
the Gunner operates all 3 weapon systems at once, using a ginormous touch-screen. The tank's computer automatically selects the adequate weapon to fire at the target.
That sounds unwieldy and prone to failure.
By the time the redundant targeting systems fail, the tank is already FUBAR'd.
Quite alright, looks fine. Maybe a little small still.
